The master plan follows the natural topography, allowing residences, pathways, and shared spaces to unfold in gentle terraces. Pathways connect private villas, olive courts, reception, dining pavilions, and viewing decks in a pedestrian-first layout that prioritises stillness and immersion.
Vehicular movement is kept peripheral. Bioswales guide rainwater into a regeneration pond at the base of the primary contours — an ecological framework embedded into the planning itself.
The result is a retreat that feels both intimate and expansive — grounded in land, water, and light.
